The Puerto Rico Open, a PGA Tour professional golf tournament, will take place from March 6–9, 2025. Since its inception in 2008, the Grand Reserve Golf Club in the Rio Grande has hosted this enjoyable and relatively new PGA event.

Exemptions are granted to players from Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America, so it's a great chance to witness local talent compete against more recognizably named PGA Tour stars in a breathtaking beachside environment.

Ryan Brehm had a great 2022 season, and he won by six strokes.

2025 Puerto Rico Open format

The Puerto Rico Open is a four-day event with a cut for the qualifying field.

The tournament field decreased from 120 to 65 players, with ties for the final two rounds of the event. The person with the lowest score after 72 holes wins.
